Needs Map Social Impact Framework

IstasyonTEDU, in partnership with DnD Lab, prepared a social impact framework for the Social Marketplace platform within the scope of a grant received by Needs Map, which works in the field of humanitarian aid, funded by the SocialTech 4EU Program. The Social Marketplace aims to bridge the gap between those in need and the support network by including local suppliers in the system, thereby contributing to social solidarity and local development.

As part of the social impact framework, the Social Marketplace theory of change was initially developed with the contribution of Needs Map experts, and then the change mechanisms required to achieve the desired impact were defined. Finally, based on the theory of change and change mechanisms, the Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) framework was designed. Within this framework, the necessary system for collecting the required data was designed.
