TED University Sustainability Working Group

Established on October 14, 2021 with the University Senate decision dated October 14, 2021, TED University Sustainability Working Group also included IstasyonTEDU. The Working Group aims to raise awareness on global, cultural and ecological issues such as sustainability, environmental policies, climate change, inequalities, and inequalities and to encourage action-oriented and socially beneficial steps on these issues by designing a participatory system at TEDU with the motto "Sustainable TEDU".

Applications for the 'Sustainable Campus Award Program', implemented within the scope of the Sustainable TEDU Working Group activities have ended. 18 groups consisting of TEDU students, staff and subcontractors working at TEDU applied to the program with their ideas that serve the Sustainable Development Goals from the perspective of "Sustainable Campus". Evaluation results are scheduled to be announced in February 2022. Various supports will be provided under the umbrella of Sustainable TEDU for the implementation of the

award-winning ideas.
